Actors Guild calls for the arrest of Empress Njamah’s ex-lover after a nude video gets online. The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) wants George Wade, an ex-lover of actress Empress Njamah, arrested for allegedly leaking naked footage of the actress lately.
The incident was termed a complete breach of Njamah’s rights and dignity by the guild in a statement released by Emeka Rollas, the National President of AGN.
Remember that Wade was accused of using the actress’s naked tapes as blackmail by releasing them online?
Rollas stated that the guild strongly disapproved of Njamah’s decision to share private footage of himself on social media.
According to him, the guy who purports to be the actress’s boyfriend is engaging in blackmail to tarnish her reputation and make a fool of her in public.
He remarked that this wasn’t only wrong but nasty and unjustifiable.
When asked about the gravity of the crime, Rollas remarked, “It is worthwhile to mention that disclosing naked recordings and images of a person hurt her right to privacy.”
With Empress Njamah’s support, the Nigerian Actors Guild pledges to
Total aid in the form of therapy to assist her in overcoming the mental and emotional distress she is experiencing.
“We have led the fight against violence against women, and we see this ‘bad lover’ man’s actions as an attempt to undermine her self-respect and dignity.
